Vintage upcycled Skirt of ties, brand Flarks, XS fit, A-line style, brown tones. This was from my closet; I purchased this when I lived in Japan at an upcycling Tokyo store. It is in perfect condition, elastic in. The waist is holding like new—very well-made and good quality one-of-a-kind skirt. Measured flat: Waist 12" (elastic waist, but it does not stretch much). Length 24" Free hips, A-line cut. Pre-loved in excellent condition 👍❤️
