2011 Mini Boden play 5-6 years swim shorts

First thing, no holes. This is a Mini Boden green & blue shark tight-fitting swimsuit in a size 5-6. It can still be tied but this was from 2011 & I *think* the elastic band at least partially crumbled inside the white band. If you look in photo #8 to the back white part of the band you can see bumps where it may have crumbled. I'm not positive bc there are no holes so I don't know for sure. That aspect alone makes it "play" condition. The rest of the suit has wash / wear fade but the first my main concern. Pricing this very low at $8. Will not go any lower unless you bundle w/something else.
