When i consider offers and am able to offer a lower price than what’s listed, I try my best to spit the difference between what was offered and the list price, so that were both making an equal ‘sacrifice’. I’m not willing to come down more than what someone is willing to come up, it doesn’t make sense for me as a seller. I hope you’re able to find something that fits your budget!
