I believe the date imprinted on the buckle is 1996. The purse inside and out was well kept, no major flaws, a FEW light scratches, but kind of blends in with the leather look of the purse, no bad smells on this purse. Strap(s) are in great strong condition. Straps are braided leather. Zipper inside. Extra pouch on the outside of the purse.
