This top is cute! It's pre-loved but in GUC. Made by Mossimo Plus. The top itself is soft black cotton but it has a "V" neckline and an empire waist, and that is all black satin. The back of this top has a working drawstring, so you can tighten it or leave it loose depending on the day or what you wear with it. The sleeves come to just above the elbow and they are puff and lined with satin around the edges. Comfort and style! Great with jeans but dressy enough for the office.
