Ribbed elastic cuffs. Good Condition. There are a few minor flaws...see pics. One is an eraser size stain near the left mid stomach. There are two eraser side stains right above the cuff on the back left of the jacket. The blue stripe and back of the jacket have a different material that changes shades as the light hits it. This likely is the way the jacket is designed, but just in case it is not I wanted to mention it. There may be a few other very small, hardly noticeable stains.
