REFORMATION Reza wrap-effect polka-dot crepe midi dress

This dress has never been worn. The dress arrived with loose threads in a small area along the waistline of the dress as seen in the last picture. THIS IS NOT A HOLE IN THE DRESS. Otherwise, the dress is in excellent condition.
