This is an English Factory palmier striped stripe and palm tree patterned shirts shirt dress that is cinched at the waist. It is flattering and very cute! Chinches at the waist for a lovely shape. The button detail adds a lot to the design and it is very comfortable to wear. It is shirred and has buttons down the front. The sleeves are meant to be worn at the forearm but can be adhered to the shoulders as well. It is a size medium. Super stylish. Like new condition. The first three pictures are not my own.
