Instead of having hidden backpack straps on the bag, you are expected to take the non-padded shoulder strap and loop it through a piece of webbing on the back, and then clip it to the corner rings. I think ebags must have let an intern design it, it's awful. But as a briefcase it is great, if the compartment design suits you. It's large and rather well padded, 3 main compartments, 2 pockets on the face, 2 water bottle pockets on the side, a lined tablet sleeve near the handle on the front, trolley pass through. . . It's in great shape, couple minor marks on the exterior. Nothing amiss on the interior. The original shoulder strap is included.
