artsy_vault @picture110 sure thing. the flat bust is around 28" - 30". the under slip is very stretchy and has adjustable spaghetti straps. i will post exact measurements on Saturday (i'm away at the moment). thank you for your interest; it is a really beautiful dress.

I think it would work but to be honest I am inpatient since my last conversation with you and I’m not able to make a decision at this time. I may be transferring to another hospital next week so I apologize but I am not able to do this at this time but will revisit if the dress is still available when I doing better at home.Thank you for your kindness and understanding!!
