It is water-resistant, attached adjustable hood, Omni-tech treatment provides breathable and waterproof protection, full zipper front under velcro closings, ventilated lining, adjustable cuffs w/velcro, 2 zip pockets, drawstring hem. Made in Vietnam, nylon & poly, machine wash gentle. Worn only a couple of times / washed delicate once / hung to dry. Measures about 26" from shoulder to hem. The back of hood has small marks... otherwise, like new (see last photo enlarged).
