Pleated Schoolgirl Mini Skirt 3 for $10 Bundled

This cute pleated skirt has a red, tan and white color scheme. The back of the waistband is stretchy. This type of pleated skirt with the stretchy back waistband needs to be fully stretched for the pleats to hang properly. When fully stretched, the waistband is about 29 inches. I love the skirt, but unfortunately, it does not allow me to breathe LOL. I will try to find it one size larger. The skirt is in excellent condition.
