Description These are brand new diffusers from Hotel Collection. There was a problem with both of them regarding the key or key hole-I could not open them to install the oils. The company is not getting back to me so I can terminate my account, which I've paid $90 a month for 3 months for the oils sol put a stop payment on them. If you or someone you know is a locksmith or just good with mechanics, this is a steal. have also been laid off and cannot afford the $90 a month any longer or I would go through the whole return process again. They are each $600 units and 3 boxes of oils, which should last 3 months. The units odorize approximately 800 to 1000 sq ft-so they told me but was never able to find out. I will sell one unit for $300 or both for $500, or best offer of course.
