Express Army Green and Black Polka Dot Blouse with option to roll Sleeves

This top is a lightweight fabric and hangs elegantly upon wear. The base of the color is a dark army green with black polkadots. The sleeves are adjustable, and there is a strap to button the road sleeves as pictured. There is some slight where that is noticeable under the armpits as pictured, but overall great condition!
