@lilianaprincess hi! There aren’t any stains. What you are seeing is the light reflecting off the lining fabric.

@lilianaprincess here are the measurements when the garment is flat on the ground, so if you want all the way around just double those numbers and that will give you a really close estimate! The jacket is in great condition!
End of shoulder seam to bottom hem: 24 inches
