Hi June, thanks for the offer. Just wondering if this dress is true to size of US 4 or it fits small? I am usually a 4 but have wider hip. I wanna make sure the dress is a bit flary and fit nicely.

@makibob14 Hi Abby, you are very welcome! I normally wear XS-S, and I think its a true fit of US 4. You know what, Im going to update the measurements of the dress and photos of me wearing the dress later on to see if that helps! I think the hip area shall be fine!
