The green hallmark on these porcelain pieces (only the tray is unmarked) was only used by Schwarzenhammer Bavaria between 1910-1923. The set includes three 3.75” X 2.75” individual ashtrays, one 8” X 5” pierced rectangular tray and one 3” X 2.25” match/card/cigarette holder. This last piece is sometimes described as being for cards although it is most likely for matches as the set includes ashtrays. This rare and unique set is in excellent condition for its age. No chips, cracks or repairs and only minimal wear on some of the gold trim. All pieces carry a bright multi colored design of a floral vase with gold trim with additional beading on the ashtrays. A rare and special find.
