It’s always looked like it has a blue undertone to me, I wouldn’t call it jet black but that’s what they named their color. 17” W x 8” D x 10” H are the dimensions listed for their version 4, which are either similar or exact I’m not sure. I used this in 2019 as a personal item with Spirit Airlines. Duffle bag with cross body strap that splits down the middle clamshell style. Top access to two front pouches and top access to the entire back panel. USB port on the outside and a carabiner clip. Laptop sleeve, front pocket organization, trolley sleeve with zipper pocket, elastic in back panel for water bottle and an i.d. tag. Comes with crossbody strap and clear 311 bag for liquids. Does not come with tech pouch or shoe bags. Pay attention to pictures, the bag is out of shape and linty from improper storage. Needs a wipe down to clean up the nylon, but it’s sturdy material. Inside looks just fine, no stains. This original version has the chunkier, sticky zippers but they are functional. Give this version a try before investing in their pricey new version!
