@epruitt271 like damages to the leather…I see the faint scratches on the hardware..that’s considered a call out. Any stains or damage to the leather or hardware is considered a call out.

@epruitt271 Hello! Yes I saw the picture. I’m just not sure because the inside seems like it’s really worn and I’m super particular when it come to my bags. I have a Rocco and mine is in excellent condition. Sure the leather is worn but the hardware and inside is very clean.
