Lost weight so it’s too large on me. I wore it only once. There is an elastic waistband. Waist measures approximately 16” when laid flat; falls slightly below the knees. Reposhing this item I purchased from @candalep. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
