eska_jay @pogowoogie Thanks for stopping by! No, this isn’t clipped (I note which ones are in my listings). The measurements were taken with the dress laying flat if that helps with your decision.

pogowoogie @eska_jay thy for the speedy response! I have a size 12 of this brand that fits well and a little loose, but it’s nice mine is not firm fitting. It would be a bit of a gamble for me.
