Beautiful, 80s-does-30s, midi-length dress from the vintage brand "M.C.S. Ltd." Features elbow-length puff sleeves, sailor collar, pleated fabric (torso and skirt) and a gathered waist that flows into a 'twirly' skirt. Color is what I would call a "Wedgewood blue" (something between a baby blue and a cornflower). Good condition-- though there is one flaw, a bit of the machine stitching at the waist has come loose (see final pic)-- though the seam has been secured with some hand-stitching, so this affects only the appearance, not the wear. No size or material tags remain, but the dress is best suited to a Medium (though, given the elastic waist, it could suit some Smalls or Larges) and its definitely polyester. A slip underneath may be required, it is single-layer. A wonderful tea or garden party dress! Perfect for Spring and very Cottagecore. Approx.
