Vintage 80s Adrianna Papell Blue Black White 100% Silk Shoulder Pads smoke free no rips or tears buttons down back has elastic waist Pit to Pit: 20" Waist 12.5" stretches to 17.5" across Length 45" Has a few spots near the elastic waist band Please check photos I have not tried to get them out but could always try and put a cute belt on to hide it.
