Mossimo Lace Skirt {Size 4}

Mossimo (Target) Lace skirt with pleats at the waist. Metal zip + hook at center back. Waist width at band is 14". Outer lace skirt measures 28" from top of waistband to hem and inner skirt measured 17". It has probably only been worn once which is why I am selling it.
