Hi, It's a 21" chest. If you take your most favorite comfy top, lay it flat on the bed and measure from arm pit to arm pit. That is your chest/bust measurement. You will never go wrong buying online if you know that measurement. Your jacket/coat needs to be a little bigger to fit a sweater or suit under it. Hope this helps. ~ Be blessed.
