Pre-loved purse. Canvas type material with rope handles. Bag is approximately 11” tall. The opening is about 11” wide. The base is about 13” wide. Inside zipper pocket and two small open pockets. Outside has dark discoloration on all sides. Shown in the pictures. This is probably from dye from a shirt rubbing onto the bag.
