Fine Porcelain 2 Mugs "Golden Grape Leaf", Japan

Dimensions. Maximum cup capacity 6 oz (200 ml), height 2 1/8 in (5.3 cm), diameter 3.75 in (9.5 cm). Condition. Excellent vintage condition. We did not notice any chips, cracks or scratches. Loss of gold (considering age) is minimal. Description. Vintage 2 cups decorated with gold on white. On the Internet, you can find sets with a similar ornament and a similar shape with different markings. We were unable to identify this particular set with this particular marking. Our markings are made in gold, depicting a laurel wreath with a peak of a mountain (?) on top, the inscription "Made in Japan". Presumably 50s or earlier. Cups show through in the light, possibly bone china. Cup with scalloped edges and scalloped base. Gold borders, elegant handle with gold accents.
