I bought this brand new forever ago and wore it maybe once.. It's a black top with a black lace overlay. The top also has ruffles around the neckline, sleeves, and bottom hemline. It has silvertone hook and eye closures down the front. The torso part is fully lined in the front and back but the sleeves are sheer. It's a junior's size L. The chest measures about 15", the length is about 21", and those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material has stretch.
