The bag is 8.5x7”
The bag drop is 19.5”

There are 5 Holes in the strap
It is on the middle hole. From top of zip to top of strap it is 21” but when I place on my shoulder and measure to top of zip it is 19.5”
From the lowest hole, the top of strap to top of zip is 22.5” and from my shoulder to top of zip is 21”
From the highest hole, the top of zip to top of arm strap is 20.5” but drops to 19
The arch of the shoulder appears to a point for the 1.5 inches!!
