BNWT White Babydoll Dress

Super cute dress by the brand Blu Pepper. 3/4 length sleeves. Only worn once to try on and still has tags from the boutique I purchased from. 36 inches long & laying flat the waist is 17 inches but has elastic, elastic around the arm holes as well. Small button closure at the neck. Tagged as Urban Outfitters for exposure. Smoke/pet free home
