do these have grip on the soles or are they slippery when walking?

@estefaniaper211 great question! There is some texture on the bottoms, so they are not super slippery but I wouldn’t consider them to have a lot of grip. Full disclosure - these hit my foot weird so I haven’t really worn them and that assessment is based on my wood floors.
