NWT Anthropologie Stripe Mini Dress - Size Small

Amazing striped dress from Anthropologie. Brand new with tags. Ties at neck. Elastic straps across back on top. Also elastic waist on back to make a perfect fit. The colors are so beautiful. I love this dress it was just a bit small for me because I wear 6/8. Would be great for 2/4. No flaws.
