Overall bag is in excellent condition is a decent size bag and Carrie’s a lot handles are long enough to sit on the shoulders comfortably. Bag does have some little bite marks left by my dog on the handle which aren’t really noticeable other than that it was lightly carried and still looks amazing. It does have some structure but since it is all leather it will be more soft to carry. Ask any questions or concerns before purchase.
