sunrabbit @portuguesegal53 I can measure it lying flat when I get home. There is a good amount of stretch in the fabric.

sunrabbit @portuguesegal53 Laying flat, the waist is 13" and the bust (armpit to armpit) is 16". I added pics with a measuring tape. That said, the waist stretches to about 15 or 16" and the bust area stretches to about 18 or 19". Hope this helps!
