This is a maxi skirt with a black mini skirt underneath. Tweed print on chiffon. It sits on the waist and measures 42” from top to bottom resting elastic waistband is 12” but stretches to 17”. There is a hidden half zipper on the back. Front has two symmetrical horizontal decorative zippers and functional drawstring. Interior black mini skirt liner measures 19.5” from waist to the hem. Looks way better on than the photos show :)
