gorgeous flowing skirt. two layers, top layer is very light, a little see through to layer well with the bottom layer. top layer is slightly shorter than the bottom layer. zipper on the side with button. a little elastic at the waist band but not super stretchy. shorter skirt, hitting well above the knee, almost like a mini skirt but not quite so high, and a bit of an a-line fit but very flow-y.
