jessthriftit @artdecodiva hello! flaws are mentioned in description. just some very light scuffs which are shown in images. not very noticeable when wearing at all. actual heel height is 3.25" and from bottom of heel to very top of bootie/ankle is 6.25". from a pet free and smoke free home :)
