Gathered split skirt. Lots of attitude. Feels like much washed stonewashed denim. Looks like a skirt in the front. Elastic waist with a drawstring. Pockets on both side seams and a patch pocket in the back. Perfect with a striped T-shirt or crisp blouse for summer, with a slouchy cotton knit sweater for fall, and a cashmere twin set for winter. Says XL but I am pretty sure that it would fit at LEAST 16-20. Frankly, I am too short for this garment. It needs a statuesque woman to do it justice. Flat measurements: Waist- 16" stretches to 24" Hip - 41" so plenty of room to have gathers in front Length - 37" right now. There are 5" turned under to try to accommodate my 5"1".
