Brand new with tags, silk feeling material, elastic waistband, slit on either side - Burgundy 41 inches long from the top of the waistband. 13 1/2 inches wide. Purchased for a holiday party and never wore. Was too long for me being 5’2”, but would be beautiful on someone taller or with high heels!
