Worn once, hemmed for 5’3” height, and has 2 long streamers in front as well as hidden loops on the waist, neck and back so that you can choose the way you’d like to wear the dress! I wore this as a halter. It was very comfortable! Has pockets! The dress was $180 to hem so keep that in mind with the listed price :)
