Tag says these pants are an XL, but they are 13.5 inches laid flat, so they are really a medium. A small could also wear them, but they won't provide that skinny/fitted look. Inseam is 29 inches and the inside is lined, so you won't have to worry about that sticky feeling you have with other pants like this. Never worn and unsure of the brand. Fabric: 85% Polyester, 5% Spandex, and 10% PU
