Upper is mix of leather with a suede accent on the side. Inner sole with soft smooth leather cover, regular traditional toebox (not barefoot), zero drop and neutral footbed, 3 mm base and 3.9mm tread, flexible, slip-proof and abrasion resistant. No box. NOTE: Slight factory defect on left shoe heel where outsole is stitched on, see photos, I can't feel any difference when I tried it on.
