mariejgilbert Before I submit an offer, I have a question. How long ago did you purchase it? Why didn’t you return it to the company to replace the damaged diffuser?

amara1010 @mariejgilbert I bought it almost a year ago and it wasn’t made defective. I used the diffuser and then that piece happened to get stuck on which is why it no longer attaches. I emailed customer service and they told me not to return it since it had been so long, and they used the word “defective” which is why I also referred to it as such. Sorry for any confusion.

ivory_league So does it just need a new diffuser attachment to work? Or the diffuser feature doesn’t work due to the “defect”

amara1010 @ivory_league The diffuser won’t attach to the barrel anymore but if someone found a way to pry off the “defect” then it would work again, I just haven’t been able to take it off because the magnet is too strong.
