Vintage from the 80's, Bill Blass Jean's brand a deep red crop tank top with mini peplum hem. Really cute and sexy on. Very tailored with darting for the breast and a cinched waist. Has a lovely silk ribbon around the bottom. Lots of ruffle around the arms and neck area. A really cute vintage piece in excellent condition. 100% cotton
