Reposhing this item I purchased from @oliviak1260. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! - Dress is still new with tags; there are a few loose threads on the top of the dress (photos are included) - Other than the loose threads, the dress is in perfect condition; I tried it on but never wore it - There is an elastic band on the top of the dress - The dress is 100% cotton but it is stretchy
