VINTAGE Handmade Dress. Well constructed by a sewing machine with tiny capabilities. (See photos). This reminds me of 1940 era based on buttons and table cloth stlye fabric. Fabric has a thick Linen or cotton blend. Sheared puff sleeves. The dress has been well cared for over the years. The dress has a few random brown spots. A couple of tattered small areas on the hem. Included is the neck tie (32 1/2 inches) The dress wouldn't go past shoulders (waistline) to fit mannequin. Please refer to measurements for proper size.
