very cute pinup style dress! red and black polka dot pinup dress with smocking stretch in the back with back zipper. halter tie top with gorgeous ruched sweetheart neckline, that's always oh so sexy!!!! size is not listed, but I would say it's a large/x-large bust stretches up to 24" laid flat waist is 18" laid flat with a little stretch length is 38" from inner pit to bottom hem fabric is nice and thin so it's really flowy on. it would look great with a petticoat underneath, it's definitely full enough to!
