These capris are heavier than the others in my closet. They have an elastic waist and pockets. The tie on one side is unraveled and no bead at the end. However they are elastic waist so you don’t need the tie. I always wore my shirt outside and it didn’t show. They are army green color.

@hammertoes1 waist is 37 inches without stretch. It has elastic waist. Inseam is 21 inches and bottom hem Accor’s is 14 1/2 inches.
