this is from New York & company in collaboration with Eva Mendes size 10 beautiful shimmery black geometric pattern on black fit and flare cocktail dress, zipper in back. measurements taken with garment laid flat, 19 in from underarm to underarm, 15 in from side seam to side seam at waist, 38 in long from shoulder to bottom hem, fabric does not stretch. this would be a new condition with no rips or stains however the bottom hem had come half undone, I repaired this with my sewing machine so now on half of the bottom hem if you look really really close you will see stitches (however they hemmed it initially did not cause stitches on the outside) this is not something that would be noticeable when wearing the dress but I would just wanted to disclose. I did take a close up picture of where the stitches stop so you can see the stitches and then the part of the hem that doesn't have stitches but it's hard to see in photo as well 😅 Smoke-free home, however I do have three cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
