This Lela Rose New York City (NYC) Print Dress is in good condition. Features a city skyline print with blue sky and pink ocean / water. Cotton, short mini length, sleeveless, V neck style, belted. There are some faint marks on the belt and front bodice. There is a yellow mark on the inside of the belt (not visible when the belt is worn). Note, the blue part has some white effects like clouds--this is part of the design and not a defect. Comes with the belt.
